PLUS members have completed a series of ‘Health Walks’ visiting local woodlands in Perth and Kinross. The event finished with a cook-out at Buckie Braes and the members involved had a chance to participate in The John Muir Award, an educational initiative which creates awareness of the outdoor environment.

Saints Star congratulates Murray Royal Footballers
Before the home game against St Mirren on the 20th September, Saints star Murray Davidson handed over a set of strips to a group of footballers from GRT, Murray Royal Hospital, working to eliminate the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental ill-health.

Special thanks to the Kinross Ladies Circle who chose PLUS as their 'Charity of the Year' and raised over £2000 for PLUS. The money was raised at two comedy nights and pictured above is Susan receiving a cheque at their recent AGM.

The Kinross Ladies Circle have chosen Myeloma UK as their chosen charity for the coming year.
